We strive to always do our absolute best and we believe in our products, but we understand that sometimes life happens. Because of this we offer a 1 year warranty for anything that we install.
Along with our one-year installation warranty, there are manufacturer warranties that may cover the unit for even longer. Contact us for more details!
For our polyaspartic flooring we offer a non-transferable lifetime limited warranty. The flooring is under warranty for as long as the homeowner has their home.
This warranty covers lifting from delamination from its concrete surface, hot tire pick-up, or staining from spills from oil, gasoline, and diesel that have been promptly removed. While we do offer this warranty under those conditions, we cannot offer the warranty for the following items:
Damage from battery acid - highly concentrated sulfuric acid is very caustic and corrosive which can damage the floor.
Peeling or delamination caused by moisture underneath the slab of concrete on which the floor coating was installed. Garage UP will test for such moisture and suppress it where needed but cannot guarantee that such moisture will not cause peeling or delamination due to circumstances outside of our control.
Concrete cracks—While Garage Up will repair concrete cracks that exist prior to floor coating installation, it cannot warrant that cracks will not reappear or occur due to the concrete slab shifting or moving after installation.
Neglect or Abuse of Floor Coating—Contractor does not warrant damage to the floor coating caused by neglect or abuse of the floor coating.
